调理女人气血的四红粥

       年年体检年年贫血,现在LG不在家,我就偏心自己啦,多煮点调理女人气血的粥,粥里加入红豆、红枣、红皮小花生和枸杞,取名叫四红粥(hehe,思绪枯竭只想到这么个直白的名字)


1、红豆提前一晚用清水泡涨,加入白米、无核红枣、花生和枸杞到电饭煲中,选煲粥挡慢炖。(也可以把白米换成紫米,也可加入桂圆等喜欢的东西)

2、煮好装在碗里就可以喝啦,喜欢甜的可以加红糖(哈哈,这步算做凑数的一步)
