宮保虾仁

       原料:虾仁放盐,味精,酒,生粉拌匀放进冰箱醃二小时后过温油再沥干备用,酥花生仁过热油备用,干辣椒,花椒粉,蒜片,葱丁,洋葱丁,老干妈,味精,蚝油,酱油,醋,糖,料酒,麻油.

       制作:炒锅置旺火上放油再爆香蒜片后,再放干辣椒与花椒粉转中火慢炒至出红油色,转大火放些蚝油再炒香,放洋葱丁与虾仁进锅内再快炒,放些老干妈,味精,酱油,醋,糖调味后,淋些料酒走边再快炒片刻,放进酥花生仁与葱丁再炒勻洒点麻油即可出菜.希望大家喜欢"我的宮保虾仁"...
